Designer note: The flower design on this wall hanging is based on floral embroidery designs from Germany in the early 1930s. During that time, my husband’s grandfather owned a factory in Berlin that stamped linens with embroidery designs so that they could be hand-embroidered.

This pattern includes detailed instuctions and full sized, mirrored templates for machine embroidery.

The designs have been divided up into hoopings according to hoop size. The instuctions for a “x-large” hoop are for a hoop with embroidery field that is approx. 400mmX260mm. The instructions for an “endless” hoop are for a hoop with an embroidery field that is approx. 400mmX150MM.
